This policy explains what personal data we hold, how long we keep it, and how you can request its deletion
1. Your Right to Data Deletion
Sun Technologies respects your right to control your personal data. If you have provided us with personal information — through our enrollment form, contact form, student portal or any other channel — you have the right to request that we delete it, subject to certain legal obligations that require us to retain some records.
This policy applies to students, prospective students, website visitors, parents/guardians and anyone else whose personal data we may hold. To submit a deletion request, see Section 5 below.

Legal Retention Obligations
Certain records cannot be deleted regardless of your request due to legal requirements under Indian law.

- A description of which data you would like deleted

Once your deletion request is processed:
- Your data will be permanently removed from our active database systems
- Any backup copies containing your data will be purged within the next scheduled backup cycle (within 60 days)
